Does Epopt require a cloud account?

No. Epopt is designed to work locally. Optional private sync can use your own file channel, such as iCloud Drive.

What data does Epopt collect?

Epopt does not include telemetry by default. Core budget data remains on your device unless you choose to export or sync it.

Can I edit one occurrence without changing the whole recurring rule?

Yes. Epopt supports per-occurrence overrides for date, amount, and status.
